Beginning with guided breathwork and visualisation techniques to help calm the
nervous system and enhance skin receptivity. A targeted eye massage helps
relieve screen-induced fatigue, boost circulation, and reduce puffiness and
dark circles.

*At least 7 days’ notice is required for cancelling Spa treatments or Spa Days. Treatments or Spa days cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will not be refunded or transferred.
* Please note that this treatment is available for residents and overnight guests only, any bookings made for spa treatments or activities by guests who are not owners or overnight guests will not be honoured and will not be refunded.
