*Day spas and treatments require full payment upon booking
*At least 7 days’ notice is required for cancelling Spa treatments or Spa Days.  Treatments or Spa days cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will not be refunded or transferred.
* Please note that this treatment is available for residents and overnight guests only, any bookings made for spa treatments or activities by guests who are not owners or overnight guests will not be honoured and will not be refunded.
*Please note this treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer patients or people within 2 years remission,  please contact spa@thelakesbyyoo.com who will be able to advise on alternative treatments.

Payments made via our payment link service must be completed within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the scheduled treatment.
