We are delighted to announce our first Supper Club of the year in collaboration with Guest Chef Koj, hosted by The Lakes by YOO and Relish Group.

The Supper Club combines a culinary and sensory experience designed to celebrate Japanese cuisine created by our guest Chef.

Koj, Chef, Educator and Author, champions Japanese cuisine. Following his MasterChef final appearance, he pursued accelerated training in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout the UK and Europe, eventually focusing on his father's cultural culinary traditions. As a personal chef, he has prepared meals for notable figures such as The Queen, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Eddie Redmayne, and various other celebrities. His restaurant garnered accolades and praise for its innovative take on Japanese food. In 2020, he released his debut book titled "No Sushi".
