Join us for a rejuvenating half-day spa retreat at The Spa by YOO with your choice of a 55-minute Dr. Barbara Sturm treatment and a delicious brunch at our lakeside restaurant, The Lakes Bar and Kitchen included.

Start your day retreat with a nutritious brunch at The Lakes Bar & Kitchen, specifically created to help kickstart your wellness journey. You'll then make your way to The Spa for three hours of pure relaxation with an indulgent treatment and use of our zen facilities. Choose from either a pampering Brightening Facial, Clarifying Facial, Darker Skin Tones Facial, Men's Facial or Signature Sturm Facial from our range of Dr. Barbara Sturm Signature Facials. Enjoy up to 3 hours of access to our spa facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa garden and fully-equipped gym. You will also be given a towel, robe and slippers.

For the ultimate indulgence upgrade to the Super Anti-Aging Facial. The Super Anti-Aging Facial replenishes moisture reservoirs resulting in a smoother and more youthful complexion while promoting the skin’s natural barrier function and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

This session is from 12pm - 5pm ( Excluding bank holidays weekends )

Cancellation policy:
*Day spas and treatments require full payment upon booking
*At least 7 days’ notice is required for cancelling Spa treatments or Spa Days.  Treatments or Spa days cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will not be refunded or transferred.
* Please note that this treatment is available for residents and overnight guests only, any bookings made for spa treatments or activities by guests who are not owners or overnight guests will not be honoured and will not be refunded.
*Please note this treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer patients or people within 2 years remission,  please contact spa@thelakesbyyoo.com who will be able to advise on alternative treatments.
