This includes accepting, escorting and unpacking fridge and freezer items and leaving non-perishable items in the kitchen of the property. Deliveries can only be scheduled for after midday of your arrival date

When booked you will get sent an email confirmation with an intake form which will need to be filled out which includes details regarding the delivery (time slot you have booked).
