Suitable footwear/Wellies are required for wet weather

Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
No dogs are allowed in the animal enclosure

Cancellation policy:

All activities require full payment upon booking.

Activities cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded or transferred.

The Lakes by YOO reserves the right to cancel or amend any activity if subjected to adverse weather conditions or events beyond our control.
